What are we doing here?
To keep it simple, I am here to help you, women in business, get the life and business you've always wanted. I want to make it easy for you to navigate launching a business. Or a product, a campaign, so you can focus on what YOU DO BEST. Is it business growth or evolution you are after? I do that too. And have been for over 15 years.
Running your own business is hard. I am here to help make it easier so you can get back to working in the business and not on it. I will turn your meaningful and viable ideas into successful, flourishing businesses with tremendous potential for growth and multiple revenue streams. The goal is to get you off the hamster wheel.
My Story.
From early days in New York City, I spent eight years focusing on strategic planning and account management for the world’s most prominent brands -- Nike, NFL, Visa, Ford, Procter & Gamble, Microsoft, and TJX Companies. I led my team as the agency of record for these outstanding companies, working closely with clients, brand managers, channel partners, and other agencies to fulfill and exceed the identified business objectives, such as redefining brands, product launches, increased sales, brand awareness, brand affinity, and more.
Ready for a change in scenery and to be closer to my family, I moved to Canada in 2012 for a new opportunity to build a branding agency and software platform that introduced content marketing to the world. We helped CEOs and entrepreneurs to channel their knowledge into compelling content for their business and solidifying them as leading experts in their industries. Being on the forefront of personal brands and content marketing was exciting!
The success of that platform opened doors to becoming an early investor in tech businesses and female-founded business, helping these brands go-to-market with a bang.
Eager to share all that I learned both from my education and experience, I pivoted to teach students of all ages. Beginning with professional development for my teams, keynoting and developing events for C-level executives and entrepreneurs, and finally teaching and designing marketing and analytics curriculum for future industry leaders at St. Lawrence College.

In the last several years, I've been going back to my roots to build businesses and brands for entrepreneurs and CEOs of small to medium sized businesses who are ready for serious growth, paying close attention to female founded businesses. Developing strategic business and marketing plans to set these brands apart from their competitors, bring in new revenue streams, and elevate their bottom-line.
In my spare time, I also recently launched a new business alongside my consulting initiative, that focuses on redefining community, connection, and contribution for women in leadership positions called Women Making Impact (WMI).
